Born in 1941 and built on the spirit of the American West, the Cow Palace has grown into one of the Bay Area’s most storied entertainment hubs, welcoming legendary concerts, major sporting events, and unforgettable cultural moments.

The Cow Palace has hosted an impressive array of legends, including The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, The Who, Grateful Dead, Neil Young, David Bowie, Stevie Wonder, Prince, Madonna, U2, Nirvana, AC/DC, and more recently, stars like Fred Again.., FISHER, and John Summit.

Shaq’s Fun House will take place both indoors and outdoors of Cow Palace. Shaq’s Carnival Midway will be located outdoors and the Main Stage will be located indoors in the main arena.

Rideshare is encouraged to Shaq’s Fun House, but ample parking will be available. In addition,  BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) offers service to the Balboa Park Station, a short distance from the venue.

  • Take US-101 South to Exit 429B for Cow Palace. Keep right at the fork and follow signs for Bayshore Blvd. Merge onto Bayshore Blvd and turn right onto Geneva Ave. The Cow Palace will be on your left.

  • Take I-280 North to Exit 20B for US-101 North. Take Exit 429B for Cow Palace and follow the directions above.

  • Take I-80 West to US-101 South. Take Exit 429B for Cow Palace and follow the directions above.

  • Take I-280 South to Exit 17 for US-101 South. Take Exit 429B for Cow Palace and follow the directions above.
